High Tea – A very British tradition
For the end of our Year 7 English course we organised one of the most finest and traditional British afternoons: High Tea!
We took guidance from the Savoy Hotel in London and table manner lessons from the English Cream Tea Company. We then planned, baked, prepared, decorated and enjoyed High Tea with sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, scones, home-made lemonade and black tea.
It was real treat!
